اعلانات مخالفة


اعترف مديرو أفرع البلدية في المحافظات بعجزهم عن ازالة اعلانات مخالفة لشركات وجهات مختلفة على الجسور بجميع أنواعها مؤكدين أنه لا تتوافر لديهم الامكانيات اللازمة لازالتها خاصة وانها تتطلب آلية معينة مطالبين البلدية بالافادة عن كيفية ازالة هذه الاعلانات.
وقالت لجنة مديري بلدية المحافظات في كتابها الى مدير عام البلدية أحمد الصبيح ان اللجنة ناقشت هذه المشكلة خاصة بعد انتشار ظاهرة وجود اعلانات لشركات وجهات مختلفة على الجسور بجميع أنواعها وفي محافظات الكويت مؤكدين أنه على الرغم من عدم وجود تراخيص لهذه الاعلانات من قبل البلدية مخالفة بذلك القرار الوزاري رقم (172لسنة 2006) والخاص بلائحة الاعلانات الا ان هذه الاعلانات ذات طبيعة خاصة حسب ما جاء في المادة الخامسة عشرة من القرار الوزاري والذي ينص على أنه لا تستخدم اي مواد في الاعلان غير المستخدمة في طلاء وتجميل الجسور وبينوا انه لهذه الأسباب فان ازالتها تتطلب آلية خاصة لا تتوافر امكانياتها بأفرع البلدية بالمحافظات لذا يرجى التكرم بالافادة عن كيفية ازالة هذه الاعلانات والجهة التي تقوم بازالتها.

رفض طلب التجارة

رفضت بلدية الكويت طلب نائب رئيس الوزراء وزير الدولة لشؤون التنيمة عبد الوهاب الهارون تخصيص موقع بمساحة 8500 متر كمركز للاحصاء بمنطقة الاستعمالات الحكومية بالشدادية على الرغم من اعتماد القرار من المجلس البلدي أخيرا، وقال مدير عام البلدية المهندس أحمد الصبيح في كتابه الى نائب رئيس الوزراء وزير الدولة لشؤون التنمية ان منطقة الاستعمالات هي منطقة غير مؤهلة حيث لاتوجد طرق تؤدي اليها ولم يتم تنفيذ خدمات البنية التحتية لها مع وجود عوائق لتثبيت الحدود الخارجية للموقع وذلك لوجوده ضمن مواقع تابعة لوزارة الدفاع وجار حاليا التنسيق معهم في هذا الأمر علما ان هذه المنطقة سوف يتم أخذها في الاعتبار عند دراسة المنطقة الاقليمية الثالثة وذلك وفق توصيات المخطط الهيكلي .
وأوضح الصبيح ان الرأي الفني في البلدية رأى ارجاء تخصيص اي مواقع في منطقة الاستعمالات الحكومية بالشدادية لوجود عوائق في الموقع لافتا الى ان البلدية تنتظر ادراجها ضمن خطط وزارات الدولة الخدمات بالدولة لتنفيذ البنية التحتية اللازمة لها وذلك من صرف صحي وكهرباء وخلافه.
وبين الصبيح ان المنطقة تبلغ مساحتها نحو مليون متر مربع وتم تخصيصها بموجب قرار المجلس البلدي غرب الدائري السابع شريطة التنسيق مع الهيئة العامة للزراعة والثروة السمكية بشان مواقع التحريج المقترح ضمن منطقة الاستعمالات الحكومية وضرورة التنسيق مع وزارات الخدمات الا ان العوائق سالفة الذكر أرجات أي تخصيص مواقع لأية مشروعات في هذه المنطقة .

فريق لمراقبة المخيمات

طالبت الهيئة العامة للبيئة بلدية الكويت بترشيح ممثلين لها للمشاركة في فريق العمل الخاص لتنظيم أعمال ومراقبة مواقع المخيمات الربيعية ، وقال نائب المدير العام لشؤون البيئة علي حيدر في كتابه الموجه الى مدير عام البلدية المهندس احمد الصبيح أنه نظرا لقرب موسم التخييم ومايصاحبه من اقامة المخيمات الربيعية في المناطق الصحراوية المختلفة وما يترتب على ذلك من انتشار بعض الممارسات والأنشطة الضارة التي لها آثار سلبية فادحة على البيئة بوجه عام وعلى البيئة الصحراوية بوجه خاص لافتا الى ان قرارها ياتي انطلاقا من حرص الهيئة على تطبيق احكام القانون واللوائح المعمول بها في مجال المحافظة على البيئة بما يكفل توفير الحماية اللازمة للبيئة الصحراوية والحد من الاضرار بها، وقال حيدر ان ادارة رصد السواحل بهيئة البيئة ستقوم بعمل جولات ميدانية لتنظيم ومراقبة أعمال ومواقع المخيمات الربيعية في مختلف قطاعات البيئة البرية ما يتطلب ترشيح ممثلين من البلدية للمشاركة في هذا الفريق لتنظيم اعمال المخيمات.
